These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Finds – AI Fashion Discovery mobile application (“Finds” , “App” , “we” , “us” , or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.


1. Operator Information

2. Eligibility

The App is rated 9+

By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction If you are under the age of legal majority, you confirm you have parental or guardian permission.


3. Account Registration

To use Finds, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information

  • keep your login credentials secure

  • be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.


4. Purpose of the App

Finds provides:

  • AI-powered fashion discovery

  • personalized recommendations

  • product matching and inspiration

Important:

Finds does not sell products directly.

We do not guarantee:

  • product availability

  • price accuracy

  • correct sizing or fit

  • suitability for your preferences

All purchasing decisions are made at your own discretion and responsibility.


5. AI & Recommendation Disclaimer

  • Recommendations are generated automatically using algorithms and AI models

  • Results depend on user input, preferences, and search behavior

  • Recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased

  • Finds does not guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction

The App is intended for inspiration and discovery only, not professional or commercial advice.


6. Photos & Image Processing

If you upload or take a photo:

  • the image is processed temporarily for AI analysis

  • the image is not stored on our servers

  • the image is not shared publicly

  • only non-identifying technical data (e.g. embeddings) may be used to improve matching results


7. Free Tier, Paid Features & Subscriptions

Finds offers:

  • a free tier with limitations

  • paid subscriptions (monthly / annual)

  • one-time paid unlocks of additional features

Payments

  • All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play

  • We do not handle payment details directly

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account

Refunds

  • Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple’s or Google’s policies

  • We do not issue direct refunds


8. Free Trials & Abuse Prevention

  • Free trials are limited to one per user

  • We reserve the right to prevent abuse or repeated free trial usage

  • Minimal technical data may be retained for this purpose, even after account deletion


9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse or attempt to manipulate the App

  • interfere with security or infrastructure

  • use the App for unlawful purposes

  • attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

  • exploit pricing, trials, or systems unfairly


10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • suspend or terminate your account

  • restrict access to features

  • remove access without prior notice in severe cases

Reasons may include:

  • fraud or abuse

  • violation of these Terms

  • misuse of subscriptions or trials

  • security concerns


11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in:

  • the App

  • design

  • branding

  • algorithms

  • content

  • software

  • are owned by or licensed to Michal Pawlas.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”

We make no warranties that:

  • the App will be uninterrupted

  • the App will be error-free

  • results will meet expectations

Use of the App is at your own risk.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • we are not liable for purchasing decisions made through third-party platforms

  • total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months (if any)


14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.


15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Changes will be effective upon publication

  • Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms


16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
